Chris Mikell and Juan were both very respectful and professional. Every question was answered with ease. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer so I was super nervous. There wasn't any professional. Every question was answered with ease. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer so I was super nervous. There wasn't any negotiating or hassling. The car I ended up purchasing needed two new front tires and they got them paid for and replaced with zero problems. I reached out and spoke to Chris Mickell about a focus rs. Ultimately the car was reserved and someone else bought it. That being said, Chris was super easy to talk to, very respectful and kept me in the rs. Ultimately the car was reserved and someone else bought it. I'm going to try to keep a long story short:About 3ish I'm going to try to keep a long story short: About 3ish years ago, I bought a '14 Honda CRV from Dallas Lease Returns, and Chris Mikell assisted me I'm going to try to keep a long story short: About 3ish years ago, I bought a '14 Honda CRV from Dallas Lease Returns, and Chris Mikell assisted me with the purchase. Right off the bat, I could tell that he genuinely cared that I was going to leave the lot with a vehicle I was extremely happy with. He was completely honest and up front on any questions I had, and in a short, hassle free process, I was out the door with my Honda. 6 months down the road - He reached out to me just to check in and see how the car was treating me. I have never in my life had someone follow up with me 6 months after the purchase. It meant a lot that he wanted to make sure that the vehicle met my expectations, and not just another sale in his pocket. Considering this act spoke volume to how trust worthy he is. I asked that he kept a look out for a mid-range mileage/year/price truck for me. I had a few stipulations, that I'm sure made the search difficult. Over the course of the next 2.5ish years, leading up to now. Chris reached out to me every 6 months just to check in and sent me an absurd amount of emails with vehicle listings that fit the stipulations I expressed previously. Then the day came that I finally found the truck I wanted. I was beyond excited, but considering I was currently living in a different state, it was difficult for me to pull the trigger on the purchase without physically being there to test drive. Chris spent roughly 3 weeks every single day working with me on making sure the truck was exactly what I wanted, all the way down to the most smallest of details. I didn't even have to ask on half of the details, because he was cognizant enough to recognize that I would question it. He went so far beyond any expectation I have ever had in sales associate, which completely earned my trust. He went through the process with the perspective that he was buying the vehicle for himself to make sure that everything would work out on my end. I can't find the words to express how impressed I am with him, and his ability to do what he does. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I am completely in love with my new truck! More
