Roel and his family have called Dallas home since the summer of 2007. When he is not helping his clients at DLR, Roel enjoys traveling to his family ranch on the South Texas border, vacationing, and playing Golf.

Charles Pollard was my first contact and from the begging he was able to explain everything clearly to me, he sent pictures and videos since I'm from out of town and I couldn't go see it in person. We drove 7 hours and upon arrival we met Roel Ortiz and Kris Galean who did above and beyond to get my deal done. This is a great place to come and shop for used cars, and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. More

I texted about a vehicle from their website. Johnny Kenney called back within 5 minutes, and was very professional. I made an appointment to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle.
