Great experience! No haggle. Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under Chris was very friendly and easy to work with. (For women: I felt like I was treated fairly and as an equal.) The price is the price and it was under the KBB value! No haggling means I know I'm getting the same great deal that everyone else is. I called 10 minutes ahead of time and they had the car ready. The location is hidden behind other buildings, but worth the turning around for the variety of vehicles and price. My vehicle was practically new with low mileage and great shape. The other cars in the warehouse seemed to be almost new too. I knew exactly what I wanted going in, so it was a fairly quick and painless process. The longest part was waiting on my lender to email the documents. Chris also offered customer service after the sale. That means a lot when you're getting a new used car. If there are options you want that the car doesn't have (leather, remote start, etc), be honest and ask for referral places to do them. These guys know where to go. The price is well worth paying for upgrades separately. When it's time to get my husband's car, we'll be calling Dallas Lease Returns to get it. More

I called him wit I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience. This was my first dealing with Chris and it was nothing short of superb. I called him without notice and he took my call and was able to answer all my questions. I just recently got in the market for a new vehicle and he put me as ease. I hate the "car buying" process. I always felt like I was getting screwed. This was almost too easy of a process. On top of answering my ridiculous list of questions, he took the time to bring me the vehicle so I could look at it in person and test drive it. Obviously, I fell in love with it. Best price I have seen on a truck like this. He did this on ZERO notice from me, yet, he was more than accommodating. My family and I had an extremely busy day, but I was able to get up to the shop and get the papers and the truck to get my wife to sign as well. He stayed there until we could make it back and explained all the numbers and, go figure, it was EXACTLY what he told me it would be. No gimmicks, no excuses….he just delivered what he said he could. Absolutely amazing experience and I will be telling everyone that I can about it and referring anyone I can to Dallas Lease Returns. More

Of my search this was the one with the lowest millage and price. Purchase the car from Georgia without even been in the dealer. Chris assured me the car was good, even send me extra pictures and video. They even waited two weeks for me to pick-up the car after purchase was completed. I flew to Dallas, Chris pick-me-up at the airport and took me to the dealer to get the car on his day off. The car was very clean and everything was exactly as he described to me, no surprises.
