Outside of being a father of five, Chris' greatest achievement is earning three college degrees in computer science. Chris enjoys music, photography, woodworking, and travailing with his family. I trade cars about every 2 years and always dread the purchase experience. I come prepared with pre financing, research on car value/lian value, etc. and pretty much don't haggle. Chris Mikell made my purchase experience better than I could have ever imagined it would be. As a former Finance Manger at a Nissan store I know first hand just how difficult and terrible the experience could have ever imagined it would be. As a former Finance Manger at a Nissan store I know first hand just how difficult and terrible the experience can be when purchasing a vehicle. With absoulutely no games and no hassle Chris showed me the vehicle I was interested in, valued my trade, and gave me the numbers very straight forward. I took a day to think about it and he allowed me to do that without any hassle. I came back in to finalize the transaction and everything was on paper exactly as we had agreed upon. I singed paperwork and left with my new used vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Chris and the team at Dallas Lease Returns are a model for how Car Dealerships should do business. I have bought some cars in my life, this was BY FAR the easiest route to go. I found my car online, after a few email communications with Chris, I walked around the INDOOR showroom and then test drove my easiest route to go. A week later, my husband and I came up and signed the paperwork and we were on our way. I paid a fair price for a gently used SUV with factory warranty remaining and got payoff on my trade. Purchased sight-unseen. Pics showed good and bad of car. Dealer arranged delivery (paid by me), which is not normally done, but much appreciated.
