My wife and I wanted to look at the new Escape. Mike Pennock was extremely helpful over the 2 day process. We never felt pressured to buy and this was the main reason we came back the 2nd day. Tex was available to answer all my questions regarding the operation of my 2007 VW Beetle. He was friendly and thorough. Chris was there for me, also.
