I came in there for service for my Tacoma. I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it was because that’s where your feet go, but it is not. I had multiple people try to get in the truck and it’s not a place where you stop. Had car for only a few hours when the maintenance message came up. Only had 38 miles on the car. Really disappointed. The dealership still has the car. I really want a different car at this point. I have been using this dealership for service over 4 years and it was always a pleasure with some minor issues until my last visit where initial quote oil change was raise 3 times, from 89.99 to 112.00 years and it was always a pleasure with some minor issues until my last visit where initial quote oil change was raise 3 times, from 89.99 to 112.00. Not an honest transaction in my opinion and the advisor a little dissapointing. More
