Calysta always keeps me informed of what is going on and
she gives me good advice on what I should do. I had a battery replaced in my Tiguan and Calysta made sure that they replace it without any problems.

My only issue for the low rating is due to my recent unit purchase being sent to service on the third day out of the lot, apparently it was checked and today during pick up it began again with the problems. To have such a horrible experience, currently going thru lower back injury and having to dear with a new unit car that will already have its second visit two weeks after leaving the dealer. Completely out of quality of how my Purchased unit came from factory with problems. This model unit purchase has been my worse experience ever with a brand new car. I love the brand but there's something wrong with my new unit and if they cannot fix it or find the problem, then take it back! There's no word on my purchase contract that stipulates: 'your unit might sound like a maraca sometimes or during stops, but please ignore this and continue with your newly purchased Volkswagen. We'll just keep telling you to bring it to service and we'll see what we can do'
