No customer care at all. Holding a check for 4 weeks with no reason. They claim I have to return a lien release letter from the bank even though I showed a DMV letter provi Holding a check for 4 weeks with no reason. They claim I have to return a lien release letter from the bank even though I showed a DMV letter proving no lien exists on my care. Contacted them more than one time to make sure my check will be ready.,When I finally brought the bank letter after 4 weeks from the training transaction. The guy. say thank you I’ll work on it I asked when it will be ready. He said I don’t know it will take time. When I insisted that he must give me time. He went and came back telling me she is working on it. There is a big difference compared to my dealing with Mazda and Honda More

Omar set me up for my test drive and Justin worked with me for the remainder of the process. Both were incredibly welcoming and put me at ease immediately. This was my first time getting a new car and I wa me for the remainder of the process. Both were incredibly welcoming and put me at ease immediately. This was my first time getting a new car and I was nervous about the process, but Justin was kind and never made me feel pressured. He was able to work with Chris in the finance department to get me an amazing car at a price I was comfortable with. Justin also checked in the next day to make sure everything was going well with the car. I had a great experience at Tynan's and would absolutely consider getting another vehicle from them in the future. Thank you Justin, Omar, and Chris for such a pleasant car shopping experience! More
