The Finiance Director Tracey was extremely patient, patient and accommodating through the process. Although Chris did know I was driving the car 400 miles out of state I noticed that the gas tank was about empty as I drove off the lot. Chris was knowledgeable of the technology of the vehicle and set up my phone and shared a few other tips. I do appreciate this. Overall quick and easy process and I found what I was looking for. As little as a full tank of gas when buying a car is , it really is upsetting and unfortunate that it leaves an average review since Chris even picked me up in the vehicle. Thank you! More

First 911 Buying Experience I spent several months searching for a perfect vehicle. Considered several makes including BMW, Aston Martin, Porsche and even Jeep. Finally, while searching on-line using the USAA car finder portal I came across this 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera 4s. The description and photos from CBB and USAA's rating of the vehicle led me to believe that my search was over. But, being the skeptic I am, I had to see it to believe it. I did visit CBB, saw my car and WOW! Thanks to Chris Nall, Chris Beaman and Travis Walters, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. And I've bought a lot of cars over my 60 year life span. More

No Pressure Sales Room I found it hard to believe that there was such a thing as no hassle car shopping! But it's true! Chris will assist you from start to finish. He explains things clearly and you will not be left with questions. Without his assistance I most likely would have missed out on this car. It was strange with the no haggle on pricing but I did shop around and the pricing was competitive and I felt comfortable accepting it.
