The service department has been great. Christina always explains the findings and what to expect. Last time in for intermittent hard downshifts I thought it might not act up. Sure enough i Christina always explains the findings and what to expect. Last time in for intermittent hard downshifts I thought it might not act up. Sure enough it didn't exhibit any issues and passed all the tests! A few days later it was 'doing it again', intermittently! Guess I'll drive it more to see if it becomes more regular. However, hate to risk damaging something. Chris is still trying to figure out how to get/apply the $80 military trie discount. Got a great base price on 4 Michelin tires back in May! Still, would like to get the military discount. I'm sure Chris will figure it out! More

Was on vacation from Pennsylvania and had a small issue with our Ford Edge, stopped into service and spoke with Chris in service. Explained the issue and he said they would take care of it while I was golf with our Ford Edge, stopped into service and spoke with Chris in service. Explained the issue and he said they would take care of it while I was golfing, he called and said it was fixed. I asked how much and he said it was on the house due to southern hospitality.
