Very nice and friendly staff and always very helpful. I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. Had a problem with drivers side back wind I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. Had a problem with drivers side back window on Bronco that did not close properly and they took the time to show me how to fix it. More

I was impressed with Jones Ford service dept, especially when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day. Other dealerships it would have been a week a when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day. Have been dealing with Jones Ford since moving to the area in 2010 and have purchase several vehicles from them. James Williams is great to work with and is always the first one I call when I need a new area in 2010 and have purchase several vehicles from them. James Williams is great to work with and is always the first one I call when I need a new truck. Have always found him to be fair, honest and helpful. Jason Marshburn is also very helpful and always finds the best financing available. Every vehicle we own is serviced at Jones. Shout out to Chris Nealey, the service manager. Have never had a problem getting appointments and have always been pleased the work performed. Will continue to purchase future vehicles at Jones Ford and will continue recommend them to friends and relatives. More
