There was absolutely no pressure while at the same time Chris was there to help me in any way that he could. I will recommend Chris to anybody I know who might be looking to buy a new car. More

Good Service is Always Best This is my 2nd car I've leased from your dealership because of how much I appreciate the customer service (the car is nice also). I have leased other cars but never went back to the same dealer before because I felt I didn't get treated well after I had the car and they had my money. I don't think of myself as needy by any means and haven't really had to call for anything with my vehicles, but I feel like I could call if there were any issues and I wouldn't just get the brush-off. In the past it has given me anxiety to even thi I anticipate purchasing a 4th and 5th veh from Jason Creech. Hope he is with Murdock for a long time. In the past it has given me anxiety to even think of waking into a car dealership. I have wanted to look at other manufactures in the past, but have stuck with Hyundai so I don't have to deal with the other jack wagon's in the car business. And as a bonus I always get a great car with a great warranty. More

Our son-in-law, Rick introduced us to Chris Neslen, from whom he had purchased We found it necessary to purchase a new car while in SLC on vacation. Our son-in-law, Rick introduced us to Chris Neslen, from whom he had purchased several cars at Murdoch, and Chris made the new car purchase smooth and efficient. His friendly, patient assistance made this car purchase the best experience we've had so far purchasing a car. John, the financial officer also was extremely helpful and efficient. Chris made the ultimate effort to expedite the delivery of our car so we could return home on schedule and he stayed later than closing time to complete all the details for us. We were very impressed with Chris and with the Murdoch service--and we love our new Tucson! More
