We bought a car on August 26th. with a trade in. After nearly two months and numerous calls, the still have not paid off the loan on the trade in, nor have I received plates . They have the WORST customer service. We went to them to drive trucks on June 12. The sales guy (Jason Creech) we had an appointment with was too busy to pay attention to us. So another guy helped us and ga drive trucks on June 12. The sales guy (Jason Creech) we had an appointment with was too busy to pay attention to us. So another guy helped us and gave us keys to different trucks that we wanted to test drive. We found a silver Chevy Silverado that we liked. Jason finally talked to us, we told him what truck we liked, he gave us the price and we gave him the go ahead to run the numbers. He didn’t listen when we told him it was just going to be under my husbands name only so the paper work was written up differently than we wanted but we signed and went on our way with the truck. Fast forward a week and we discover the VIN number on the paperwork does not match the one on the truck. We let them know this and come to find out all the paperwork was written up for a White Chevy Silverado that is about $3,400 less than the silver one we signed for. Murdock Hyundai will not honor the price that they gave us for the truck that we wanted and drove away in. AND they won’t give us the truck that was on the paperwork that we qualified for (which we don’t want that truck but why do we not qualify for it now???) More

Unless you enjoy giving away $8,000 Over the price of the vehicle I would not recommend going here. They make you feel comfortable and like they are a great company and then hit you with $8,000 worth of “tax vehicle I would not recommend going here. They make you feel comfortable and like they are a great company and then hit you with $8,000 worth of “taxes and fees” what they do is morally and ethically wrong. I will never refer others to them and they have lost my business. Wrong. Just wrong. More

Lied cheated and stole I went in to buy a car and couldnt do the paperwork that day, so I came in the next day and signed everything. Then I noticed with the loan they incr I went in to buy a car and couldnt do the paperwork that day, so I came in the next day and signed everything. Then I noticed with the loan they increased it over 1000. It was 2300 and they flipped the numbers to 3200. The manager wouldnt listen to me, and the loan agency wouldnt either. Then when I paid it all off they wouldnt send me my title. Its been over 2 months since its been paid off and now they lost it in the mail! I will never tell anyone to ever shop at Murdock Hyundai! I will never recommend the loan agency they partner with either! Wosrt experience ever! More
