We worked with Chris to choose the right Highlander model for us. He did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop about what was available on the lot and, eventually, when we could expect our chosen vehicle to arrive. The entire team at Metro was responsive, honest, and never pushy. It is such a refreshing experience to be treated like family at a car dealership. Right now is a challenging time to buy a vehicle, new or used, because of delays and issues outside the dealership’s control. Barry, Chris and team set realistic expectations for us and made a typically stressful process easy to navigate. As a kid, I’d go with my parents whenever they would take our cars to Metro for routine service. I look forward to stopping back in for our first oil change and plan on being a Metro customer for life. More
