I dealt with numerous Cleveland area Toyota dealers while I was looking for a 4Runner in this time of scarce vehicles. Metro Toyota was by far the best dealer to communicate with. I was quoted one price for the replacement of a broken window, and went in to have the window fixed and was told I'd have to pay an extra $200.00 because the door panel had to be vacuumed! I felt this w window, and went in to have the window fixed and was told I'd have to pay an extra $200.00 because the door panel had to be vacuumed! I felt this was really taking advantage of me! It cost me over $600.00 to replace that window. I was also charged by an East side Toyota dealership over $600.00 to replace ONE car key! I'm still angry about this. I'm nearing retirement and this new truck will probably be my last Toyota lease. I've have had the truck for almost a week, and I'm presently happy with it. More

I’d like to give a shout-out to Brie in internet sales. I had reached out to her about serval different vehicles, none of which ending up being available and just when I was about to lose hope that I’d find had reached out to her about serval different vehicles, none of which ending up being available and just when I was about to lose hope that I’d find a car that I liked and wanted, Brie reached out to me that one was available and set up an appointment for me to come check it out, and I ended up buying it! It was awesome that she looked out for me like that and I probably wouldn’t have my car if not for her so more than anything I appreciate her help. Upon entering the dealership I Met Chris Lombardi who was super nice and he connected me with my salesman Chris O who was absolutely amazing, he took me seriously, he was fun but very professional and respectful and he listened to what it was that I wanted and he made it happen for me, almost instantly I couldn’t believe how fast and pleasant this car buying experience was. Craig the finance guy was really cool and he finished everything up super quickly and I was on the road in my new car like an hour after I got there. Thanks again to those who helped me that day, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Metro Toyota. I will be back again someday, you can believe that. Metro Toyota rules!! More
