The negotiation process was without a doubt the most difficult and least transparent in all my car buying experience, including many with BMW. However, I really liked the vehicle and chose to overlook the many challenges and difficulties. Financing and Delivery: this was truly the 5 star BMW experience. The vehicle is leased was perfectly detailed and waiting for me inside the Manchester showroom. My finance manager, Brittnie was the kindest, most genuine person you'd ever want to deal with. She made the finance process fun! Next came time with Jared, a BMW Genius Advisor who walked me through every aspect of the vehicle and got me ready to roll. Overall, an exceptional experience.
