The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Eric, client advisor, was patient, pleasant, and thoughtful. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and when we made the decision he handed us off to Eric, client advisor, was patient, pleasant, and thoughtful. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and when we made the decision he handed us off to Zavier. Zavier worked through the paperwork making it easy to understand and helped us to get the best deal. He is funny, charming, and a sharp dresser. We then met with Will to go over how the car works. He is knowledgeable, and clearly knows the ins and outs of all the gadgets. Lastly, we were thanked by the sales manager, Dawn. She is very nice and professional. She thanked us for our business. All in all it was a great experience. I would encourage everyone interested in a BMW to work with this team! More
