The negotiation process was without a doubt the most difficult and least transparent in all my car buying experience, including many with BMW. However, I really liked the vehicle and chose to overlook the many challenges and difficulties. Financing and Delivery: this was truly the 5 star BMW experience. The vehicle is leased was perfectly detailed and waiting for me inside the Manchester showroom. My finance manager, Brittnie was the kindest, most genuine person you'd ever want to deal with. She made the finance process fun! Next came time with Jared, a BMW Genius Advisor who walked me through every aspect of the vehicle and got me ready to roll. Overall, an exceptional experience. The car itself was pristine for a pre-owned and I could not be happier with it, or the extended warranty included by the dealer. They were a pleasure to work with. More

The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Eric, client advisor, was patient, pleasant, and thoughtful. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and when we made the decision he handed us off to Eric, client advisor, was patient, pleasant, and thoughtful. He showed us the cars we wanted to see and when we made the decision he handed us off to Zavier. Zavier worked through the paperwork making it easy to understand and helped us to get the best deal. He is funny, charming, and a sharp dresser. We then met with Will to go over how the car works. He is knowledgeable, and clearly knows the ins and outs of all the gadgets. Lastly, we were thanked by the sales manager, Dawn. She is very nice and professional. She thanked us for our business. All in all it was a great experience.
