He replied back quickly with the diagnosis and had the $4,500+ repair completed for free under an extended warranty. During the entire process, Christian kept me up-to-date and was responsive to my inquiries. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

He was dedicated, but not pushy which I loved. Not once did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go visit Shane at this dealership. .
