Christian Orms was a professional service advisor with excellent customer service experience expected from Audi. He was very thorough and informative with explaining the service what was going to be done excellent customer service experience expected from Audi. Christian made sure I was satisfied with the cost of the service and offered the amenities which comes with the service. The straight forwardness of every procedure what was being done during the service and updates on the service is what Audi is known for and professionalism. I chose this dealership based on positive experiences I had in the past. I had my car towed in for a defective electro-mechanical steering rack. I was greeted by SA Christian Orms who got me checked in and had in the past. I had my car towed in for a defective electro-mechanical steering rack. I was greeted by SA Christian Orms who got me checked in and ensured I had a ride home. He replied back quickly with the diagnosis and had the $4,500+ repair completed for free under an extended warranty. During the entire process, Christian kept me up-to-date and was responsive to my inquiries. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. More

Shane Segal was amazing! Honestly, because of him we went back and bought our Audi. He answered all of my questions for a couple days.I consistently would ask going back and Honestly, because of him we went back and bought our Audi.
