This man felt like a long lost uncle who cared more about my future being with my purchase than his own benefits of the sale. While I was blown away with the appearance, he was laying down a 5, even 10yr plan for me on how to get the best out of my Bronco. His upfront and truthfulness was extremely respected and appreciated. Mom is 71 w/ Dementia and when she came with me to finalize my paperwork, I was nervous she would get irritable. Chris welcomes her with open arms and waited on her every need while I handled my business. It made me tear up because mom doesn’t often smile or get entertained easily. She is C.P (as she call him) approved. We love you Chris and my referrals will keep coming your way as you are what all salesman should be. I could tell this was just not a job for him, this is his passion. I was ready to leave Ford and go back to Acura, welp you get the picture why I didn’t; LOL! Started next door at Weber Chevrolet and felt the sales associate was reading from a script and very pushy trying to get a car sold. Went to the ford dealer to check out an explorer and Chris had the keys associate was reading from a script and very pushy trying to get a car sold. Went to the ford dealer to check out an explorer and Chris had the keys ready for us. Spent a few minutes discussing the odds and ends of the vehicle and told us to have fun driving it. It was obvious he has had plenty of experience with customers and made the process very simple. Never felt pressured to buy and definatly felt a little more personal. Would recommend and go back to do more business. More
