Chris our salesman did a great job. He was very informative and helpful. However when dealing with Matt the sales manager we felt he was a bit overbearing and pushy and slightly unclear on all info informative and helpful. We wanted to purchase the truck ONLY but ended up getting an add on insurance. Once we realized what we purchased we called the very next day to get it canceled because it was not what we though it was, and he tried arguing with us why we needed to keep it. Was not happy with the purchasing part of the process. The idea is to give the customer what they want not what you think they should have! More
