No customer service after sale - Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership was very disappointing. One of the salesmen made an error regarding when the vehicle’s second key could be picked up and programmed, and I understand that oversights can happen. What was most frustrating, however, was how the situation was handled afterward. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort traveling to the dealership and attempting to pick up and get the second key programmed. When I brought the issue to the sales manager, Mike Shuman, I expected the dealership to take ownership of the situation and make a reasonable effort to correct its employee’s mistake. Instead, I felt that my concerns were largely dismissed, with very little consideration given to the time, effort, and inconvenience this situation caused me. The initial mistake was frustrating, but the lack of accountability and customer service from Mike Shuman was what ultimately left the worst impression. A dealership should stand behind its customers and make a genuine effort to resolve problems when they occur. Unfortunately, my experience gave me the impression that once they received my money, my time and concerns were no longer a priority. Based on this experience, I would have a difficult time recommending this dealership to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and recognizes that good customer service should continue after the sale, especially when the dealership’s own mistake creates an unnecessary inconvenience for the customer.
