This was the best car leasing experience of my life. The entire team at Temecula Hyundai was truly amazing. August Boessler, my sales consultant, and Pedro, his sales manager, were clearly committed to my feeling happy and comfortable from choice of a car (I adore my 2020 Sonata) to handling the financing, which usually leaves me stressed. Not this time, they were so concerned with my comfort and happiness, not only was it stress free, it was actually enjoyable!!! Never thought I would hear myself say that!! August and Pedro are amazing teachers. They went over each and every one of the marvelous safety features in detail, so that I could fully enjoy each and every one of them. Being 74, and not growing up in a digital "techy" world, I was totally lost with AutoAndroid and my new Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Well, believe it or not, August sat with me in the car for ONE HOUR, pairing it up, and teaching me how to use every feature. Now, that is NOT any ole' CAR SALEMAN. That is a guy, who really cares. When Pedro was showing me something with the music, he said, "here!", and handed me his favorite connection cable. Rounding out the team, Chris in Finance and Travis in sales....just great. This is the best car ever, and, I am enjoying it so, only because of this dream team (not to sound corny!!) And, they have made it very clear, that I should not hesitate to contact them or stop by with any questions or concerns, ever. Thank you to everyone, Ina Cowan P.S. I had a really great experience. After my last car buying experience, I really made sure I knew what I wanted, and as soon as I made that known no one became pushy or insistent and that is quite possibly one experience, I really made sure I knew what I wanted, and as soon as I made that known no one became pushy or insistent and that is quite possibly one of the most memorable dealer experiences I’ve had. Yesterday my wife and I bought a Santa Fe at Temecula Hyundai after looking for months elsewhere at other SUVs. I recognized that right from the start they gave us a rock bottom price, no haggling necessary. Cory also showed us a way to save even more money on our purchase. There were also a few extra accessories we needed, which he let us order at 'cost', a significantly discounted price. He even gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Also, thanks to Chase for initially spending a lot of time with us, showing us the vehicle and answering all our questions. Thanks to Anthony in online sales who we initially contacted and sent us a detailed pricing email and also helped me with obtaining accessories. And finally thanks to Tony who aided in the entire process, set us up on Blue Link, and gave us the final tour of our new vehicle. The whole team made our car buying experience enjoyable, and rewarding because we got a great car that will meet our needs for years to come. This a a top notch Dealership.
