Easiest Adulting I've Ever Done! I've avoided buying a car from a dealership for so long because I did not want the car payments. Well, my car started to fall apart on me and I decide I've avoided buying a car from a dealership for so long because I did not want the car payments. Well, my car started to fall apart on me and I decided it was time. I needed just a basic reliable car, so I looked at Temecula Hyundai's website and saw the least expensive Certified Pre-Owned Car on the lot and fell in love with it. A 2017 Hyundai Accent in my favorite shade of blue! I immediately emailed a sale rep and they got back to me right away. Rickard Dicksen was able to let me know how much my payments would be, how much I would get for trading in my old car, helped me get pre-approved for financing, everything! He even had one of his co-workers James bring the car to me to test drive! I felt like VIP. I decided to get the car the next day. Jame brought it to me again, we signed the paper (took about 20 mins and this was the part I was dreading the most) and he handed me the key and drove off in my old car back to the dealership and all I had to do was call Chris in the finance department to make the down payment on my car. Easiest adult thing I've ever done in my life! I love my car and would definitely buy from Temecula Hyundai again! More

2020 Palisade Limited Purchase Best car buying experience by far. Becky was honest, sincere, and very helpful. It was over a 2 hour drive for me just to see the vehicle so I need Best car buying experience by far. Becky was honest, sincere, and very helpful. It was over a 2 hour drive for me just to see the vehicle so I need to ensure that the numbers and car features (photos weren't available online) meet my expectations. Becky immediately sent not just photos but a full exterior and interior video. She also had the numbers ran in multiple options for review. She really cares about her customers and will go out of her way to ensure they have a great car buying experience. Chris Ramirez in finance was also very accomodating. He provided all the detailed warranty options that will suit my needs. It was the fastest and most advanced electronic paperwork I've ever been to considering this to be my 3rd Hyundai purchase this year from 3 different dealers. Temecula Hyundai is also the biggest, cleanest, and most accomodating (lounge, entertainment, and also has a kids room) Hyundai dealership I've been to. More

My auto buying experience I went to the dealership on Sept 4th. I had another vehicle in mind but the service there was so bad I ended up coming to Hyundai were we've bought 2 I went to the dealership on Sept 4th. I had another vehicle in mind but the service there was so bad I ended up coming to Hyundai were we've bought 2 other cars before. Cody was fantastic to work with and Pedro has always been very helpful. The only dissatisfaction is Chris. When it came down to doing the paperwork I was preapproved by a credit union of my choice. I wanted to take the contrat back to them and then bring final payment to Hyundai like over done in the past. Chris was fast talking, acting like it was such an inconvenience for me to do all this. He misrepresented Sdccu and ended up adding $3000 more to my cost that was unnecessary and put me over the blue book value of the car and what I had wanted to pay and finance. He was horrible in the sense that he was working in his own interest even sending messages to my credit union. Calling them and acting like they did something to him when I Express very clearly to cody and pedro that i didnt want any additional ins or gap added. I've always gone back to my bank and have done it there. He made it seem like it was personal attack on him and made me feel that if in the future I ever want to get another car and I have to sign through him I wouldn't even sign papers. He's a liar and misrespresent your company. I'm happy with my car and the care cody and pedro gave to me but I'm very very unhappy with Chris's behavior toward my credit union and to what he did to my deal. This is something that I still need to fix with them once they receive the credit back and get the right amount charged to me. I trusted because I've done deals before and have been treated right. This guy left me with a sour taste and he is someone I would NEVER do business with again. If my friends and family were to ask me how it was I would let them know not to trust Chris. More
