I had the pleasure of working with Chris Rhiner on my first visit to the service department for schedule worked on my 2022 Ridgeline. Chris made me feel like I was talking to a friend not just someone that owns a vehicle that needs work. He called when my vehicle was ready and answered every question I had. I look forward to dealing with him in the future. While I didn't wait for my vehicle, the waiting area was large, clean, with snacks and drinks provided. This is a plus as I always schedule service on a vehicle early and normally wait. More

My experience with Jenkins Honda of Leesburg Florida, yesterday, was the best I have ever had. I scheduled with Dave Hauer, several weeks ago because he was the person most familiar with me and my Honda yesterday, was the best I have ever had. I scheduled with Dave Hauer, several weeks ago because he was the person most familiar with me and my Honda Pilot. He did everything possible to accommodate me because I live about and hour and a half away from the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful service staff member then asked to got to Chris Rhiner. He helped getting everything ready for my service then gave me several options while I waited for the vehicle. During my time I was greeted by John Harbaugh as I strolled around the show room. I told him I was there for service, but that did not stop him from answering any and all of my questions about the car market, values etc. We found out that we were both Florida transplants from the NE area of the country. When we go to trade in or buy another car we will definitely ask for John. I walked down to Cracker Barrel, for lunch and while there Chris called me. The car was done and everything would be ready when I returned. It was completed over an hour earlier than I had hoped. When I got back Chris reviewed the details of my service then got be back on the road to home. I mentioned to Chris and the gentleman who first greeted me that this had to be the best service experience I ever had. The gentleman who initially greeted me chuckled and went on his way to greet and check in two other cars as they pulled in. More

Chris was most helpful and the service was exceptional. BUT the IT/EXEC phone system was terribly flawed! When calling the service dept # shown, the ONLY option was to select a time/date. to speak to an ac BUT the IT/EXEC phone system was terribly flawed! When calling the service dept # shown, the ONLY option was to select a time/date. to speak to an actual service PERSON, I had to call SALES where a PERSON answered and the transferred me to a service PERSON. Whoever was responsible for approving the current system is a true dimwit! As a long-time general mgr of large pharma plants (sales in the billions) I would have terminated such a dimwit! More

It's okay for the salesman to say hi while I'm there but I don't like being asked about selling my car back every time I'm there for service. When/if I'm ready to sell, I'll call for an appointment.
