I can attest to that even more after my latest experience. I had purchased a factory certified 2010 Altima. Throughout a year of driving i noticed a significant number of what appeared to be intermittent electrical warning issues. Knowing intermittent problems are sometimes difficult to solve I expressed my concerns to Chris Rocke. He was very understanding. He discussed my problem with Jim Swigert, the manager. We worked together and they presented me with a proposal that was more than fair. I left with my new Altima 2013 that day. More

I expanding on my latest purchase this year and got the 2014 Pathfinder. I truly love my Pathfinder more than I could imagine. I am still learning all of the features but Chris Rocke was simply the best at helping me figure things out. He is the reason I continue to go back for new car purchases. The service department is my other reason for choosing this dealership. They are second to none in personality, quality and speed to get me in and out every time.
