The customer service is excellent including phone operators, receptionist, sales, business, and service. This is the third car I buy from here and I have always had a great experience working with Chris Rocke, he is professional, helpful, honest, and provides the best customer service. After test-driving the car and expressing interest in it, Chris found me a car in the same day, but I wanted my car to include additional packages. By the next day he found a car with all the packages I wanted, and arranged to bring it to Peoria. Few days later I was driving my perfect car. In addition to Chris, I communicated with Joe, and worked with AJ on finalizing the paperwork, and they all were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
