All you have to do is pull your car in the garage for service and hand your keys to the guy at the desk. They then handle everything from there. They have an awesome shuttle service that will take you to and from work! The service writer then contacts you later in the day to say what they did to your car and how much it will cost or if it is covered by warranty! I then take the shuttle back and they drop you off in the garage and you sign the papers and your car is waiting for you! I have just sat and waited on an oil change to be done and I was out in a timely fashion and I even got free soda and a snack! Keep up the good work! More
