Hello. My name is Chris Ruiz. My passion of helping people led me to the automotive repair industry starting in 1993 and I've been in this industry ever since. I started working for Honda in early 2002. In my experience, Honda is the best car company in the world. I've been a Honda Service Manager for the last 20 years. I am married to my wonderful wife of 9 years. We like to spend our time with family and friends. We love spending time with our 2 four-legged children. We have a 65 pound female Flat Coated Retriever (Bear) and her partner-in-crime, our 11 pound female Malti-Poo (Khloe). Believe it or not, the little one runs the house, not the big one!!! We love travelling and cheering on my favorite college football Team, the West Virginia Mountaineers!!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The mechanic actually came out when I first got there to talk with me. I used to go to Apple tree Honda and had numerous terrible experiences. Since I moved, I tried out Forest City and they were so professional and great, I no longer feel that way. I would recommend Honda of Forest City to anyone! More

trusted, timely, glad for great running vehicle! I have a son in law with children at home so I never want to trouble him out of respect, even though he would do anything for me.
