Chris was one step ahead during my entire visit. While I was looking at cars, he greeted me, brought me inside and had a plate to put on an Outback Limited for a test drive. He contacted my son’s friend, in the Service Department, while I was gone, letting him know I was there. When I returned, he had an XT for me to drive for comparison. Upon my return, there was a H2O and snack while we talked about pricing. As a Costco member, I received a competitive price, my insurance company faxed paperwork to start the process, and I drove home with my new Subaru Outback Limited XT!
