Unfortunately, they like to play games. I made an appointment to look at a specific used car. This dealership is almost an hour away, no one notified me, luckily I saw it got sold, informed I made an appointment to look at a specific used car. They said they have over 1400 cars, this is false, this is among all there dealerships. I picked 2 other cars to look at, drove an hour, 2 different cars were picked for me. One of my requests was no black interior, the first car they put me in was black interior. They continued there sales game, we'll give it to you for this, we'll give you this amount for your trade, then I'd say no, then they would come back lower. Back and forth, playing games but never really listening. I regret this purchase and being treated this way. I will not purchase from this dealership again. More
