André Coleman made the trade in difficult by attempting to offer half the value of my car. Fortunatley, I had offers from other dealerships to support the value. He then claimed the charge never happened, while claiming he is a victim that is unable to do anything about it. Then, he had the nerve to state that I was not a decent person and I was at fault. Who does that? This sales "manager" will try to convince you that red is green. Update: I spoke with the sales director today and he supported the twisted stories that I was not charged for the fob because they increased my low trade in value. He side talked his way through defending the sales person's insults. Do not buy from this dealership. Extremeley shady business. More
