First time at North Country Ford for Service I recently moved to the northwest suburbs and my 2014 Ford C-Max Energi needed it's first oil change (19000 miles!). I searched this site and others I recently moved to the northwest suburbs and my 2014 Ford C-Max Energi needed it's first oil change (19000 miles!). I searched this site and others for dealership reviews and this one seemed to get the best comments. I now know why. There is a 20,000 mile service package that included the oil change, tire rotation and other checks and it listed at nearly $400! The service consultants did a double take on the price and said it could not be right. At the end it came to $112 for the work they performed! They could have said that the package price is what you get but they went above that and did the right thing. They have earned my return business. More

They were booked out THREE weeks for a rental car. Pretty sad. Other than that they do a good job on any work and their oil changes are reasonably priced More

Christine was terrific in explaining everything and contacting me when the work was done with information on when I could pick it up. Her assistant who moved my car and brought up the loaner was very good as well. I liked that I was working with two competent woemen. Good job! More

Thank you for excellent service on 9-2-2015 I drove my 2009 Ford Escape in with two warning lights on (check engine and a wrench). After looking at the manual, I found out that the wrench warni I drove my 2009 Ford Escape in with two warning lights on (check engine and a wrench). After looking at the manual, I found out that the wrench warning light denoted a problem with the throttle/power train. I explained to Christine Schulze, Service Advisor that I have only one car and I was afraid to drive it on the freeway. Christine said that she would try to fit me in the same day. She asked me if I would like a shuttle ride back to my home. The shuttle ride was very helpful since I didn't have a ride back. I am very happy that Christine fit me into the schedule that day even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. Christine told me that if it was a throttle problem, Ford had extended the warranty and the throttle could be replaced at no additional cost. I was able to have my car serviced the same day under warranty. I want to thank both Christine Schulze and North Country Ford Lincoln, Coon Rapids for the excellent service provided to me! More
