awesome I was impressed the moment I got there when I talked to Chris Schulze in service. She was awesome as was Chis the service tech I talked too. Brandi delivery coordinator, Jack service advisor, Jeff sales & leasing, Nick parts department. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, energetic and paid attention to what I needed and got it done. I have NEVER been in a dealership like North Country. With great turn around time and price I was truly impressed. I will be back and have already told several other people of my experience. Even the building and shop are bright, modern and clean. I give it all a 5 star. More

replacement of gas tank/ recall I was very happy with the service from the first call I made to set up the appt. to dealing with Chris Schulze. I was on a tight schedule for time, a I was very happy with the service from the first call I made to set up the appt. to dealing with Chris Schulze. I was on a tight schedule for time, and they made sure that they finished in time. I had planned on washing the car before bringing it in, but ran out of time. Then they surprised me by washing the car when they were done working on it. They even got the bugs off the front of the car that I had a hard time doing! Thanks so very much! transmission issues I have put about 5,000 miles on my car (2015 Ford Fusion) since I got it with almost 29,000 on it but this is the 2nd time I had brought it in due to I have put about 5,000 miles on my car (2015 Ford Fusion) since I got it with almost 29,000 on it but this is the 2nd time I had brought it in due to a transmission issue. Chris helped me and I was extremely happy with the service I brought my truck in with what I thought was a bearing problem.Chris at the service desk helped me . I was given a loaner car to use.The service dept. could not diagnose what was wrong because the noise would not continually present itself.I was advised to drive my truck until the noise was more constant and then bring it back.I was very happy with the service that I received and will bring my truck back when the problem is more evident.
