Chris knew his product and made sure to inform us of all of the benefits of shopping with the Toy Barn. Everything was great from the time we shook hands to the time we left with our new car. We will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a great experience while doing so. I have a hard time believing we will purchase a vehicle anywhere else from now on. Justin Hinderer made time to share his knowledge of the cars features as well, which was great to see. He gave us time when selling someone a Ferrari, our car was no where near as expensive but he treated us just the same. All around a great experience. We will be back for our next purchase for sure. During this process Chris was extremely helpful and professional. Given I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle without ever physically seeing or driving it, Chris provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions on condition, service records, etc. Not only did he personally review the condition for me over the phone, subsequent to the purchase, Chris found that the convertible motor was malfunctioning and made sure it was replaced prior to delivery. Very satisfied with the service and the vehicle. Thanks! More

It did not seem like a pushy sales pitch to get me to drive off with a car which usually is not the case. I also appreciated having the opportunity to meet the service department staff personally which is rarely the case with dealerships since they are busy.
