My husband and I went to Mclarty in Bentonville to just look at a 2500 Ram, however Tim Rueda was awesome. I have been in numerous auto dealerships over the past 46 years of driving. The personnel at McLarty Chrysler Dodge, especially my sales person, Harley Jobe, truly impressed both my wife and I. We were on va years of driving. The personnel at McLarty Chrysler Dodge, especially my sales person, Harley Jobe, truly impressed both my wife and I. We were on vacation from our home state of Minnesota, when our old truck had a major malfunction rendering it beyond economical repair. We were left in a truly scary scenario, being stranded here in Arkansas without any means of getting our 5th wheel RV back home. After hearing the bad news about our old truck, we stopped in at the McLarty Dodge store looking for a replacement vehicle capable of towing a 5th wheel RV. We were introduced to Harley Jobe, the salesman that was very knowledgeable on heavy duty trucks. We explained our scenario and desires to Harley, and he proceeded to discuss all of the options that he had available to assist us with. We started out looking at a couple used trucks that he had available, and then the new trucks that were also available. We really liked one of the used trucks that was available, and asked to take it on a test drive. While on the test drive, we struck up conversations with Harley, and he was very polite, honest and made us feel like we had known him all of our lives. Upon return from the test drive, we asked to also see the new truck that was available. He happily pulled it out front for us to look at. We fell in love with it immediately, to say the least. After having Harley crunch some numbers on the pricing of both trucks, we decided on the new truck! From the start of the process all the way through taking possession, Mr. Harley Jobe went above and beyond all other sales people I have ever dealt with! More
