Chris was being very rude to me and my brother. I had asked my brother to join me since this is my first car and I was going off of my brothers experience, but Chris was very rude to my brother and basically told him to shut the xxxx up. When I was asked about the extended warranty and gap I had said no since my family has never done it and we didn't see any benefits from it. Chris could not take no for an answer and made a remark to my brother that was basically "Shut the xxxx up I'm talking to your little brother" and then proceeded to make remarks about my choice. Chris is what would make me want to tell other people to not go to this dealership and make me want to do business without him. Please understand that all my 5 star ratings are regards to Rick Izquierdo. More
