Harish, Your moonroof is not defective. The ripples in the moonroof shade/cover fabric are covered by Toyota warranty. As you know, we have the part on-order and we will contact you the minute it comes in to schedule the installation. Harish, that is not correct, you asked if you could return it and go back on the waitlist for another one. Katrina explained that Toyota has a buyback program for major defects like the engine, but not for cosmetics. You said you did not want an aftermarket part on your new vehicle, then Katrina explained it would not be aftermarket, it would be an OEM part installed by a Toyota Certified Technician. Unsure how this has been a complete 180 vs. when you spoke to us last?
