Where do I start from start to finish Bryan was great. Finance Department was great. Bryan wouldn’t let us leave until he showed us everything on the car and also set up everything on radio navigation etc Finance Department was great. We had an excellent experience with Ed Martin Toyota from every step of the way since we located the Toyota Tacoma my son was looking for. It was time to upgrade his Jeep Wrangler to a newer vehicle. His first choice was a Tacoma and we found the vehicle he was looking for at Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville, IN. Despite living in Greenwood, we decided to go check it out. The level of attention from the time we step into the dealership without an appointment to signing the paperwork was always top notch. Our sales rep. Katrina Jewell did a fantastic job responding all the questions, clearly, she was well trained and very attentive during all the time we were there, allowing us to test drive the vehicle as long as we wanted and without putting pressure on my son to make a decision. Quite frankly I was somewhat concerned about my son’s experience purchasing his first vehicle but the team at Ed Martin Toyota ensured he had a great time and got the truck he really wanted. Chris Seymour from the financial dept. also was great to work with. To summarize, we liked it so much that despite living in Greenwood, we will use Ed Martin Toyota as our main dealer for his truck maintenance and any future accessories as well as for future Toyota purchases. Also, the dealership is extremely organized, modern, clean with the several options for drinks/coffee and a large/comfortable waiting room with TVs and a place for work.
