My first experience with an Ed Martin dealership was amazing! I emailed the dealership to schedule a test drive for a vehicle that I saw online and Chris Seymour immediately replied with a video, narrat amazing! Upon meeting Chris in person, he was just as nice and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all and we didn't get passed off to a next level sales guy until we decided to buy. From the test drive to the pricing/payment summary that he provided, it was easy for me to make my decision to buy. They also worked hard to find me a great extended warranty and Sam made the financing process quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Ed Martin to all of my friends and family. More

We ended up working with finance manager, Matt Peterson, who was excellent when we were signing our paperwork. We had both of our children there and he was engaging to them as well. Thank you Matt! It would be 5 stars but I had a poor experience with a finance manager. Had a conversation that felt belittling to a customer who didn’t want any of the dealership “warranties” and had already secured outside financing. It also felt like he was not being completely honest. This individual did apologize when we arrived to the dealership to finalize the paperwork and stated he was just doing his job. I appreciate the apology but there are better ways to discuss your sales items with a customer that has committed to giving your dealership business. More

I was put in contact with Chris Seymour from another Ed Martin dealership, and found that he was extremely helpful working with me. He helped me order a new Toyota Highlander Limited, kept me informed abo Martin dealership, and found that he was extremely helpful working with me. He helped me order a new Toyota Highlander Limited, kept me informed about when the vehicle would be delivered, and had all my paperwork in order when I got there. Although my trade-in wasn't quite in the range I was looking for, I can't say enough about Chris and Brock Odle in Finance and their determination to get me in the price range I wanted.
