Best car buying experience ever!!! While I was frustrated shopping for a car to replace my truck, I happen to stumble upon this dealership. I came in late in the evening after work and While I was frustrated shopping for a car to replace my truck, I happen to stumble upon this dealership. I came in late in the evening after work and even though it was busy a sales person finally came to me, John. John was super calm and collect, he wasn't pushy but rather was honest, something I had not encountered yet. John was patient and showed what was in stock and when I told him exactly what I wanted he talked to the manager and they where able to find that car for me the next day. This was by far the smoothest process I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Brandon the finance guy was also very helpful in getting my stuff going. Most people would try to sell me a whole bunch of warranties but Brandon just sold me the essentials, which I appreciated. If I could give this dealership a 100 star rating, I would. Thanks for making this a fun experience. More

I don't buy cars often, so I like to shop cars for price. Typically, the Bay Area dealers will make serious bids for your business, and you can make the local dealers quite uncomfortable by bringing these in Typically, the Bay Area dealers will make serious bids for your business, and you can make the local dealers quite uncomfortable by bringing these in for competitive pricing. Even though the bids are quite soft, it's hard for them to differentiate them from solid offers. Be prepared to buy your car in Sunnyvale if this doesn't work out - the local guys just might get pissed off and throw you out, if you try to have as many numbers as them it won't work, so, just stick to the numbers that you really need to make the deal work. At Roseville Hyundai, they won't let you buy that Sunnyvale pipe-dream; they will figure out a way to sell you the exact car that you want. In addition to that, the management team at Roseville is top notch, and believes in taking care of their people first. A lot of dealers will take a great deal out of the grunt sales guys pocket, and you have to sit through that whole cry me river song. Make your best deal at this dealership, and the salesperson still gets full commission, regardless of how hard you squeezed them. Been buying cars for a lot of years - never seen that policy utilized anywhere. So, my Azure 2014 Genesis 2.0L Coupe, drives like a sports car should, moves between cars, 65 to 90, like a sky blue dream, looks like a million bucks on the outside, and is only slightly cheap on the interior. Mix that with a sticker price well below the Sonata, I threw in the emblems package, so I'm still waiting to get my wings, and you've got the best value play on the planet. I think I'm falling in love. More

Samlesh Pal was the salesman/consultant who was assigned to us from the beginning. He took us for our test drive and explained the car and its multitude of features after we made the purchase. We especial to us from the beginning. He took us for our test drive and explained the car and its multitude of features after we made the purchase. We especially needed instruction on the use of the Driver Information System for operation of the radio and navigation functions and the establishment of blue tooth connectivity for our cell phones. This was a tedious process and required considerable patience and the answering of a multitude of questions and requests for clarification, especially in sessions subsequent to the time of purchase. Mr. Pal provided all the help that we needed and requested throughout the course of our dealings with him. The dealership is indeed fortunate to have an employee with Mr. Pal's ability and willingness to provide such exceptional customer service. More
