I went in looking to see what my options were as far as getting out of my previous lease and trading up for my new, current purchase. My salesman Sam was amazing and got me in and out as fast as possible a getting out of my previous lease and trading up for my new, current purchase. It was actually a FUN experience, which I never thought I'd get! I really trust and respect Hyundai for the quality of the customer service and reliability of their vehicles. My wife and I went to Roseville Hyundai to look for a vehicle that would fit our family of five and would meet my daily commuting needs (comfortable and gets good gas mileage). We decided to look into buying a Hyundai based on their warrantees and the great new look of their cars. When we first arrived at Roseville Hyundai, we were immediately greeted by George Espinoza who became our sales consultant. George was awesome throughout our car buying experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars he showed us. At no time did George try to pressure us to make a purchase, nor did show any frustration with the amount of time that we required. My wife and I first went to the Roseville Hyundai dealership on Friday, returned on Saturday and finally made our purchase on Sunday. During each of our visits, George greeted us with a smile and gave us his undivided attention. We were shown numerous vehicles and ended up driving six vehicles (some twice) prior to making our purchase. One of the coolest things about our car buying experience is the President of Roseville Hyundai, Mr. Chris Shaffer introduced himself and answered questions we had for him, which really made our car buying experience personal. In fact, we saw Mr. Shaffer on both Friday and Saturday, and he spoke to us on both days. We saw Mr. Shaffer in various areas of the dealership, to include him sitting at the front desk as you walk into the showroom (which I doubt you’ll see in other dealerships). The staff at Roseville Hyundai made my wife and I feel that we weren’t just another couple buying a car, but that from the President down, the goal of the dealership was to ensure we bought the car we wanted and that we had a good experience in doing so. We ended up buying a Hyundai Azera and we are in love with the car! This was the first time I had looked into buying a Hyundai and I was very impressed with all of the vehicles I looked at! Prior to going to the dealership for the first time, I looked into the Hyundai vehicles and compared them to their competitors. The research that I did revealed their vehicles were either comparable, or in most instances, superior to their competitors' vehicles. Then, both Friday and Saturday evening (following our day at the dealership), I researched the cars that I was interested in purchasing, and discovered that the quality that I was seeing, was confirmed by reviews written by both consumers and “experts.” I have bought many new and used cars in my life and this car buying experience was by far the best to date! I usually do not write reviews, but my experience was so good, I wanted to take the time to give the accolades for a job well done to Roseville Hyundai and to share with those looking to purchase a car that I was treated extremely well by the staff from Roseville Hyundai and their cars are worth checking out! More

Had to share my experience. Let me start by saying that this is my 4th Hyundai I have purchased from Chris and Brian Shaffer at Roseville Hyundai. These guys truly care about their customers and are class acts. From the first purchase I made to the most recent and all my services I have been treated like a VIP. My most recent purchase I dealt with their sales rep Pavlo who was outstanding and took his time with me and my daughter. The best part of the dealership is the no gimmicks, or hard sales tactics. Chris and Brian thank you for everything you have done for myself and my family and we will be back to buy in the future. If you need service I recommend you ask for Robert Peace he is a honest great guy. More

I was shopping for a Veloster Turbo and USAA recommended Roseville Hyundai. I met Jason when I arrived on Thursday and explained what I was looking to purchase. If you are in the market for a new or used Hyundai, I strongly suggest you visit Roseville Hyundai. Their staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly low pressure. I purchased a new Sonata yesterday (great car...check out the ratings) and couldn't beat the price. I was in and out in three hours, which included the test drive, negotiating a price, drawing up the paperwork and a thorough walk through of the car. Chris and Diego were awesome to work with as was the Finance Manager, Kagen. Also, I met Veronica in the Service Dept. and talked to her on the phone and she too was very customer oriented, accommodating and pleasant to work with. You are truly missing out if you neglect to visit Roseville Hyundai for your car buying needs. More

Customer service here sucks and coming from finance manager. Purchases GAP and paid off loan and due a refund. Finance manager says they'll expedite the refund but never got check. We were met with a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable salesperson who help us select the car that met our wants and needs. The sales manager arranged the price we were given in advance through our USAA salesperson who help us select the car that met our wants and needs. The sales manager arranged the price we were given in advance through our USAA bank without haggling. Finance used our paperwork from the bank and it was an almost enjoyable experience. We also own a Hyundai Genesis and have regular service at this dealership. Robert Peace, Service Manager also provides excellent service. More

This place is great. I came here not expecting to leave with a car, but they worked with my budget and found me a like new used car. Yes, they are salesmen, but these guys really go the extra mile to make with a car, but they worked with my budget and found me a like new used car. Yes, they are salesmen, but these guys really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Literally. Terry drove an hour and a half to bring me the car I wanted located at a different Hyundai dealership. Since I was there so long he even made me a frozen dinner while I was waiting to sign m papers! Even though I signed for a little higher of a payment than I wanted in the end I got a great deal. I'm so happy I found these guys. They treated both me and my chihuahua like family! And terry if you read this, I found the cup holders! Thanks guys! More
