I took both my KIAs in for oil changes this week, and the Service Department is getting expanded, they are adding more techs, and it made me keenly aware that the old management didn't see things that were needed in the past. All of the service folks are happy about the new management, and that makes ME happy. I had bought a few Jeeps off Faricy inthe past, and they are great to work with. I am really glad they now own the KIA dealership we have used for a long time. If I could give these folks 10 ratings here, I would!!!! More

I came in for an oil change. The dealership performed a software update for the emission system. This update was done without my knowledge or approval. I would have refused this service if I had been informed. My vehicle which I once loved now shifts different,takes more gas pedal to get moving or climb a hill, and my gas mileage has dropped.All from a non-approved software update I was not informed they were going to do. Work orders should be approved by the customer and no additional work done without their approval. I want my Kia to perform the way it did before their update. More
