I apologize again for the unacceptable service experience we provided you Carol. I thought you and I had a generally positive and productive call on the phone, but I obviously let you down as well so I'm sorry. I pulled Carlos aside and we listened to the recording multiple times. We discussed what happened, what your point of view was based on our conversation, and what should have and needs to happen in the future. Carlos understood and did apologize, and I'm confident that internally I've turned what was an extremely negative interaction into a positive learning experience for both him and the rest of my team as we all review the interaction. I will use this situation as learning tool of how to handle these sort of interactions in the future, and I apologize again on behalf of Carlos, myself, and the rest of the Flemington Audi Team. I would like to reinforce again that this was very out of character for Carlos, and I'm lucky to have him here as he is an excellent addition to the team. He will continue to be with us as part of the Flemington Family long into the future if he wishes to be here. I Apologize again for his unacceptable response. We will continue to work on improving ourselves as individuals, and as a whole when faced with upset customers and negative situations. Dear Chris, I do appreciate your efforts to make this right. I gave you an additional star for this in my rating. But here's what I'm left with: 1. Your service department didn't fix the original problem with the car; 2. They also created a new problem; 3. Your service rep tried to mansplain it away and then got in my face when I pointed it out. 4. He apologized to YOU, not to me. Put yourself in my shoes. Would you take your car there again?
