Thanks for the Feedback Keith, I'm sorry if we didn't relay the pricing correctly upfront, and I was happy to make the adjustments as a goodwill for you. Unfortunately, things like Taxes and Chemical Waste fees are apart of ever ticket, and we don't have a way to quote them properly in the system. I'm working with the system admins we use to see if we can make a clearer quote ahead of time since your visit so Customer's can see the full picture in advance. Like many in the industry, we’ve had to make difficult decisions to adapt to evolving circumstances, including inventory and operational constraints. While we are no longer able to guarantee loaners or rental reimbursements, we are actively exploring alternative ways to support our service customers as best as we can. Good Morning Mr. Skelton, As you mentioned, we did find outlines of small kids stickers on the passenger rear glass along with scratch marks all around it which was your concern when you came in. I apologize that I failed to communicate properly, but I in no way said that you or your child caused the damage. I was simply trying to explain what we found, and that Audi declined to cover the repairs as it was damage and not a defect of the manufacturing. As we explained, the cost of the repairs were roughly $1,200 plus tax to replace the damaged glass, but I was happy to assist by using my full $1,000 goodwill limit to help minimize the cost for you. Above and beyond that, we were able to discount the bill to below $1,000, and get the damage covered 100%. Additionally, I adjusted and fixed the other damaged items free of charge that were also not covered under warranty. I assumed that this all would have been good news, but clearly, we failed you in some way to cause the interaction at the time of pickup last night, and this unsettling review I think we went above and beyond to help you with an issue in question, so I struggle to grasp the strong negative reaction you had at the time of pick-up last night as we thought we were giving you excellent news. I apologize that I let you down, and I clearly failed to de-escalate the situation to satisfy your expectations and match the service I have provided you for the last 15 years. Perhaps you will need us in the future, and we’ll always be happy to assist if possible. My apologies again that I let you down. I should have handled your concerns in a more understanding way.
