We did the test drive, then myself and my wife discussed what we color and options we wanted. We contacted Bill, who arranged to have the exact vehicle we were looking for shipped to the dealership. Again, Bill was there, sent us an email letting us the know that the vehicle we wanted had just arrived at the dealership and sent us a video with a walk around. Again, no pressure, jut letting us know and asking us when was a good time for us to come in a take a look at it. We made arrangements to go that day and the rest is history. They gave us what we considered to be a "fair" price for our trade in, a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and the whole process only took a few hours. And of course, we were able to deal with Chris Shotwell for the financing process who has taken care of us for every vehicle purchased at this dealership.
