I bought a car for the first time when I was 21 and I never forgot what a hassle it was. This time was completely different. I got to test drive multiple vehicles until I found the one that I truly wanted. I got the price that I wanted and a great deal for my trade in. I worked with Don Negri and it was simple and painless. Don could recognize when I was hesitant and he reminded me that this was about what I wanted. I never felt pressure to buy, but rather supported to make sure I got exactly the car I dreamed of. With financing, it was super fast. Chris Shotwell is a superstar! I got a decent rate for the vehicle, no pressure to get the add ons, and a great explanation of what the benefits for the packages that I did buy were. I felt confident when I left that I didn't get swindled. That's a good feeling. More

After purchase I had a couple of issues with the car that were addressed in a timely fashion and was given a loaner for the troubles.
