Ron was very pleasant and helped us through the purchasing process with ease. In fact, he even bought us breakfast. The prices were great at this dealership and the managers were very helpful when negotiating prices. The finance office was quick and easy with their associate Mike and we were out in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything patiently to this technology challenged woman. I would definitely buy another car from him and refer friends to him. My only negative was the financing person. When I declined the extended warranty/service plan I was met with an incredulous WHAT? You don't want a warranty on your car? Again I declined and again instead of moving on told me the bank needed a reason why I declined. Are you kidding me? He was a jerk. More

I went to all the major car dealerships looking at cars for our daughter. When we narrowed the field down to the Honda Fit, Ron was contacted. I spoke with Ron several times over a three week period. He was always professional and never pushy. I found him to be genuine and very knowledgeable. He is a tough negotiator, but we reached a deal that worked for both of us and we feel good about our purchase. I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work to finalize the agreement. Sensing that I might be a little hungry, Ron offered to buy a sandwich for me. My wife and I had excellent rapport with everyone of the staff members we dealt with. That is a refreshing experience, since most of the time it takes a while to get over the car buying hangover. I'm not sure how long Ron will be on the sales floor, since I feel this young man is management material. Given his years of experience and his professionalism, he will surely rise in the ranks there at Brandon Honda. I also want to mention Christopher Shotwell, the finance manager. My wife and I enjoyed speaking with him. He made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. He is another professional on the dealership team. He outlined the financial options and add ons rather than the hard sell so often encountered at many dealerships. His style is very relaxing at a time when tensions can be high. Overall, our experience was quite positive at Brandon Honda and we will certainly consider them first on our next car purchase. More
