He felt almost like a friend, we talked we laughed he wasn't too pushy he was informative, helpful and enthusiastic even when I was on the fence about making a purchase. The car buying process was not as long as I thought it would be. Now I've called 3 days in a row attempting to get a temporary tag extension mailed to me and am down a drivable vehicle because of it. They seemed nice and helpful in person but on the phone is a comepletely different story. More
