John Tanner promised me these things would be taken care of, and they were. At my convenience and working around my schedule, Hanani in the service department fixed everything as promised and was friendly and professional about it. Honestly, I am a cynical person and fully expected to get a run-around and have to pay or argue to complete these items, but I was very pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the service, but by the attitude of Hanini and John. After several iterations we arrived at a price that worked for both of us. The paperwork phase was much easier than on past purchases I've done due to their reliance on electronic forms. The car was detailed excellently and Rammie also took the time to set up my bluetooth before I left the lot. As a thirty year Pontiac owner, my first foray into Honda has started with a great first step. More
