Don showed up and took the brunt of my frustration but turned me around quickly. Don broke down walls and made for a nice experience. He got to the point quickly and very trustworthy, which is important in the sales business. I will buy from Don again any time. Also want to mention Chris in Finance. He was efficient and got me through the paperwork quickly. I really liked the new electronic tabletop signing feature. save some trees! John Tanner promised me these things would be taken care of, and they were. At my convenience and working around my schedule, Hanani in the service department fixed everything as promised and was friendly and professional about it. Honestly, I am a cynical person and fully expected to get a run-around and have to pay or argue to complete these items, but I was very pleasantly surprised not only by the quality of the service, but by the attitude of Hanini and John. After several iterations we arrived at a price that worked for both of us. The paperwork phase was much easier than on past purchases I've done due to their reliance on electronic forms. Everything was uphill from there, never made it to Kia. 2 hours later I'm driving a new CRV home. It was late so they bought us a pizza. My wife is a tough negotiator, but she left with the car she wanted for what she wanted it for. Every person we encountered was smiling and jovial from the time we entered the parking lot. Above and beyond! When you buy a Honda you're getting more than a car you can rely on you're buying into a quality organization with top notch people.
